FAQ's

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?

A: No.  You can check out as a quest but you still have to provide all your details for the order so why not register and make it quicker next time you buy?

Q:  What payment methods do you accept?

A:  All our credit card payments are processed through the secure PayPal site.

Paypal will accept Visa and MasterCard or if you have a PayPal account you can use that also.

We also accept payment by bank transfer to our New Zealand bank account.

Q:  What shipping methods do you provide?

A:  We don’t give you a choice of different shipping methods.  We use a courier direct to you.  Usually, either Courierpost or Toll couriers, depending on where you are.

Q:  How long will it take to receive my order?

A:  We normally check for orders and payments once a day in the morning.  If you paid by credit card after 9 am we will dispatch the next morning.  If you paid by bank transfer we dispatch the morning we see the payment in our account.

Target delivery times for the couriers are 1-3 working days for North Island deliveries and 2-5 working days for South Island deliveries.  If you are an RD or rural address add another 1-2 working days to this.

Q:  What is your return policy?

A:  If for any reason we have sent you the wrong product we will arrange to collect it and send you the right product.

If you have a change of mind you can return any unopened product.  Just complete the returns form and we will send you an RA number and return details.  Our warehouse will not accept goods without an RA number
